Aisha Hanif
Founder & CEO
With an MSc in Advanced Motorsport Engineering from Cranfield University and PRINCE2® certifications, Aisha has a multifaceted background in motorsport including software engineering, business development and project management.
Whilst working in the competitive field of motorsport, she began to see similar challenges from different sides of the industry.
Talented people struggling to gain visibility and access to the right opportunities. Valuable businesses struggling to identify the right people, capabilities and connections.
Often, the opportunities exist but traditional methods of access are limited, fragmented or simply not visible.
The Unconventional Group was founded to help change that.
